DEeRa Holdings Acquires 100% Ownership of Toa Kiki Sangyo

We would like to inform you that on March 31, 2023, DEeRa Holdings Co., Ltd., which is our parent company, acquired 100% of the shares in Toa Kiki Sangyo Co., Ltd. As a result, Toa Kiki Sangyo Co., Ltd. has become a subsidiary of DEeRa Holdings Co., Ltd.

Toa Kiki Sangyo Co., Ltd. is mainly engaged in the design, manufacture, installation, and maintenance of electronic communication equipment, centered in the Kyushu region, and aims to expand its business in the engineering field, which is in line with our group of companies.

We will strive continuously for the growth of the entire DEeRa group through the expansion of our business, including Merger and Acquisition : M&A.
